Our owner and principal agent Matt McCormick is a proud native of the Ceredo-Kenova community. Matt graduated from Spring Valley High School in 2004, and is excited to be able to serve the community in which he grew up in. He brings a vast array of experience in the insurance industry and takes pride in delivering the type of protections and services that McCormick Insurance Group provides. Matt is married to his wife Sara, and has two daughters – Kennedi, 7, and Myleigh, 11. Matt is an avid fan of Marshall University athletics, the Cincinnati Bengal, the Cincinnati Reds, and in his spare time enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
Sara officially joined the team in January 2024, with a background in retail sales management as well as early childhood education. As office manager, Sara handles much of the day-to-day administrative operations as well as customer service and is a fully licensed agent herself. In her spare time, Sara enjoys attending her kids’ athletic and school events, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
